Our story began back in 1985, when our family started baking in Türkiye — a craft that’s been passed down through three generations. Today, we continue that tradition right here in Ontario, serving our local community with the same passion, care, and flavour that started it all.
With two locations in Vaughan and Maple, we offer a wide selection of freshly baked Turkish goods — from classic simit and börek to sweet, hand-layered baklava — along with a variety of Turkish retail products for your home pantry.

Loved the fresh baked good, super friendly staff, wish if this was close, would go there again, the prices are really goof compared to other places, they also sell some Turkish stuff in the shop, I would encourage them to post more detailed photos of their shop along with the prices, no one would be disappointed going there.

Gulbay is a hidden gem! A 24/7 Turkish bakery with super authentic flavors. Everything from pogça and börek to pastries and gözleme is made fresh daily and you can really taste the difference. Great spot for a quick bite or late-night craving. Prices are within every one's budget.

Small bakery that's open 24 hours! 1st time here. Randomly discovered it while visiting another shop in the same plaza. Delicious savory items...didn't try the sweets. Definitely will go back

The acma are amazing. They're so soft and full of flavour. I tried just the feta and olive at first and almost immediately turned around to get more! I did eventually go back on another day, and they were just as good. I don't usually enjoy olives, but I really liked the olive acma 😆 They have all sorts of other baked goods, too. The staff is very nice.

Very large quantity of different Turkish foods, culture and more. Coming in here felt like reliving my childhood! The service was so nice and so sweet. Thank you for making this a memorable experience of being in Vaughan.
